How we got here

Seared is built by the team behind Woosh Delivery. Chad started Woosh in 2018 to help local restaurants compete with the chains. Eight years and more than 200 restaurant partners later, we have processed over 10 million dollars in direct online sales for independent operators. We have seen what works, we have seen what does not, and we have seen up close, in restaurant after restaurant, exactly how the tech tax compounds until owners are working harder than ever just to break even.

Seared is what we built to fix it: one platform that replaces the tangle of separate logins, monthly subscriptions, and per-transaction fees that quietly drain an independent restaurant's margin.
