What does the founding rate actually mean?
Join now and your monthly price is held for your first 12 months, $99 on Starter or $199 on Complete. Month-to-month, cancel anytime. The other costs are the one-time $500 setup and any usage-based SMS or email from marketing campaigns you choose to send.
Are there fees or commissions on my side?
No. Restaurants pay the one-time $500 setup, the flat monthly rate, and any SMS or email usage. That is it. You keep 100% of your menu price on every order. A small service fee (5%, with a $1.99 minimum and a $7.50 cap) is paid by the customer at checkout and never comes out of your pocket.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. Seared is month-to-month. If it's not working for your restaurant, you cancel and you're done, and your customer data leaves with you.
Does it work with my POS?
Yes. Seared integrates with Toast, Clover, Revel, PAR Brink, and most major POS systems. You don't rip anything out.
